Very happy with the purchase on this shop. Indeed it is very warm and the jewellers were personable. Brenda was very patient and professional. She even gave the extra mile in fixing the bracelet I bought. Her service reflects the passion, and to be honest they were not pushy. Moreover, the ambiance of this store with a friendly demeanor is very encouraging and persuading for customers to buy. Probably would be my go to gold shop.
